Artist Ahram Jeong was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, and currently lives and works in Brooklyn. She received a B.F.A. from The Korean National University of Arts, Seoul. In 2010, she attended in The Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture and got an M.F.A. from Hunter College, CUNY. She has exhibited at Momenta Art and presented a performance at Regina Rex, Brooklyn.

New Hampshire Studio, originally named Peterborough Studio, was given to MacDowell by Mr. and Mrs. William Schofield, Mrs. H. A. Chamberlain, Mrs. Andrew Draper, and Miss Ruth Cheney. The studio was renamed in 1943. The Gilbert Verney Foundation established an endowed maintenance fund in 1990, and a bequest in memory of MacDowell Fellow Victor Candell underwrote the…
