Ann deVere is a Manhattan-based artist born in the Bronx. She is primarily a printmaker. DeVere’s group exhibitions include Roll Call, Blackburn 20/20, New York (2017); Collectively Assembled: 28 visits/1 show, A@R, Brooklyn (2013); Sweet + Sour, Ozaneaux Art Space, New York (2011); and Mapping Skate Parks, Casita Maria Gallery, Bronx (2011). DeVere is a recipient of a 2016 SU-CASA and 2014 SPARC Artist in Residence at the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, a Site Specific Winter Residency in 2013 at A@R, Brooklyn, three printmaking Fellowships at MacDowell, and a Ralph Fabri Scholarship for Printmaking from the National Academy of Design/School of Fine Arts in New York. DeVere received her bachelor’s of architecture from Pratt Institute.
