Anthony Wilson is a guitarist, composer, and photographer from Los Angeles. While at MacDowell, he completed a collection of new songs inspired by recent photographic travels in the Mississippi delta. His newest recorded work, Songs and Photographs (2019), is a ten-song album and book of Wilson's photography originally made on 35mm film. Other albums include Frogtown (2016), Seasons (2011), and the Grammy-nominated Anthony Wilson (1997). Wilson tours internationally both as a solo artist and as the guitarist for Canadian pianist/singer Diana Krall.

Anthony Wilson worked in the Delta Omicron studio.
Delta Omicron Studio was funded by members of the international musical fraternity in 1927. The building design is somewhat medieval in character, with an unusual cedar shingle pattern, a steeply pitched slate roof, intersecting gables, and small windows.
