Aynsley Vandenbroucke is a choreographer, teacher, sometimes curator and arts center founder. Vendenbroucke's choreography has been performed throughout New York (at Danspace Project, The Chocolate Factory, Baryshnikov Arts Center, Center for Performance Research, Dixon Place, Dance New Amsterdam, and Lincoln Center Institute’s Clark Studio Theater, among others) as well as in San Francisco, Colorado, and Brazil. At MacDowell, she worked on a new dance involving house music, goddess religions, and art theory.

Aynsley Vandenbroucke worked in the New Hampshire studio.

New Hampshire Studio, originally named Peterborough Studio, was given to MacDowell by Mr. and Mrs. William Schofield, Mrs. H. A. Chamberlain, Mrs. Andrew Draper, and Miss Ruth Cheney. The studio was renamed in 1943. The Gilbert Verney Foundation established an endowed maintenance fund in 1990, and a bequest in memory of MacDowell Fellow Victor Candell underwrote the…
