Beth Macy worked on her second narrative nonfiction book, Truevine, about race, greed, and the circus. Her first nonfiction book, Factory Man, debuted on The New York Times Best Seller list and won the J. Anthony Lukas Work-in-Progress Award. Her third book, DOPESICK: Dealers, Doctors and the Drug Company that Addicted America, was published in 2018 by Little, Brown and Company.
