Brian Folkins-Amador is the musical director and guitarist for the Latin music ensemble Sol y Canto. He worked on Sabor y Memoria: a Musical Feast in 7 courses, for Sol y Canto and string quartet. Sol y Canto's recording Cada día un regalo (Each day a gift), consisting mainly of Brian's compositions, was released in 2008 on the MusicAmador label.
