Crystal Williams worked on a fourth collection of poems and a memoir. Her third book of poetry, Troubled Tongues, was awarded the 2009 Long Madgett Poetry Prize. She is a writer and an advocate. She serves as Associate Provost for Diversity and Inclusion and Professor of English at Boston University.
