David Becker is an American printmaker and visual artist who studied at Delta College in Stockton, CA, the Central School of Art and Design in London, San Francisco State University, and The Whitney Study Program in New York. Becker’s work has been featured in national and international exhibits, and he is represented by the George Lawson Gallery in San Francisco. Becker currently resides in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, where he works full time on his art.

The Graphics Studio (as it was originally named) was converted to its present use in 1972–1974 through a grant from the Putnam Foundation, and originally served the property as both a power house and pump house.
