David Marshall Chan is the author of Goblin Fruit: Stories, a 2004 Los Angeles Times Book Prize Finalist. His writing has appeared in such publications as Conjunctions, BOMB Magazine, and Columbia. He holds a B.A. from Yale University and M.F.A. degrees the University of California, Irvine and Syracuse University. He previously worked in New York City in book publishing for many years, and has taught at Syracuse University and the Stonecoast M.F.A. Program at the University of Southern Maine.
