Dorothy Fortenberry's work has been developed and produced by theaters across the country, including Actors Theatre of Louisville, Arena Stage, Chalk Rep, Center REP, Live Wire Theatre, Page 73, and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. She lives in Los Angeles, where she writes for the CW television series "The 100" and is developing a one-hour drama series with Ry Russo-Young at Bravo. Fortenberry is a winner of the 2011 Helen Merrill Award for Emerging Playwrights and a two-time finalist for the O’Neill National Playwrights Conference. She holds an M.F.A. from the Yale School of Drama and is currently working on a commission for Yale Repertory Theatre.
