Drew Krause is a composer currently based in New York City. He earned a B.A. from Hamilton College, an M.M. from Julliard, and a D.M.A. from the University of Illinois. Krause has written more than 100 works for instrumental and electronic media. He has received grants from Harvestworks, MacDowell, The Wurlitzer Foundation, and Meet the Composer as well residencies at Stanford University and Brooklyn College. His music is published by Frog Peak, Smith, and MLKeepe Publications and has been recorded by Innova, Capstone, New Ariel, Frog Peak, Pogus, AUR, and Bonk. Krause is currently part of the music adjunct faculty at the Steinhardt School of Music at NYU.
