Elizabeth Ives received a B.A. in studio art from Connecticut College and went on to study painting at the Cleveland Institute of Art, Torre de Bellesguardo in Italy, the Art Student’s League in New York, and at the University of Pennsylvania with Neil Welliver (1966). She has shown in numerous exhibitions and has been reviewed in numerous art publications, including the Boston Globe and Art New England.
