Elizabeth Kelly is an American composer currently based in The Hague, Netherlands. She worked on a theatrical piece for percussion inspired by internet communication. Her compositions have been commissioned and performed by diverse ensembles at venues from Carnegie Hall to the Huddersfield Festival in the United Kingdom.

Elizabeth Kelly worked in the Irving Fine studio.
Youngstown Studio was given to MacDowell by friends of Miss Myra McKeown in Youngstown, OH, where she promoted both art and music.
