Emma Sloley’s debut novel, Disaster’s Children, started while in residence at MacDowell in 2014, was published by Little A books in November, 2019. Her short fiction and creative non-fiction has appeared in literary journals such as Catapult, Yemassee journal, Lunch Ticket, Structo, and the Masters Review Anthology, among many others, and her work has been twice nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Born in Australia, Emma now divides her time between the U.S. and the city of Mérida, Mexico. She has completed her second novel and is currently working on a third, along with a short story collection.
