Faraz Anoushah pour is a filmmaker and a film programmer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the Architectural Association (London, UK), and an M.F.A. in interdisciplinary art from OCAD University (Toronto).

His collaborative film and installation work with Parastoo Anoushahpour and Ryan Ferko explores the interplay of multiple subjectivities to address the power inherent in narrative structures. Shifting between both gallery and cinema contexts, their recent projects have been presented at Mercer Union, MoMA, e_flux, The Flaherty Seminar, Berlinale, Punto De Vista International Documentary Festival, Viennale, Media City Film Festival, New York Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, and others internationally.

Faraz Anoushah pour worked in the New Jersey studio.

The yellow clapboard New Jersey Studio, located on a grassy, sloping site, was funded by the New Jersey Federation of Women’s Clubs and built as an exact replica of Monday Music Studio (1913).
