Gabriela Monroy is a Mexican video artist who worked on Borderline Disorder, a project about U.S.-Mexico border and immigration politics, for which she was awarded a NYFA/Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation Fellowship in June 2011. Gabriela Monroy and Caspar Stracke are the curators of video_dumbo, an annual international video art festival in New York.
