Hannah Isabella Gross is a Canadian actor and writer based in New York. Her most recent film/tv appearances include The Mountain (Venice Film Festival ’18) and Mindhunter (Netflix). She received her B.F.A. from NYU’s Experimental Theatre Wing in 2012.
While at MacDowell she completed the screenplay for her first feature film, Girl From North Country, as well as a script for a short film which was set to be shot in May 2019. Hannah is also in the process of developing an experimental documentary on her grandmother.

Hannah Gross worked in the Mixter studio.
Built
in 1927–1930, the Florence Kilpatrick Mixter Studio was funded by
its namesake and designed by the architect F. Winsor, Jr., who also
designed MacDowell's original Savidge Library in 1925. Mixter Studio,
solidly built of yellow and grey-hued granite, once had sweeping
