Jenny Zhang is the author of the story collection Sour Heart, the poetry collection Dear Jenny, We Are All Find, and My Baby First Birthday, among several other works of fiction, poetry, and non-fiction. She has adapted her stories in Sour Heart into a feature for A24, and also writes for television.
She is the recipient of a Pen/Bingham Prize, the LA Times Art Seidenbaum award, and is currently working on a book about divination, erotics, ancestral wounds, obscenity, possibility, and healing.
At MacDowell, Zhang worked on some new works of fiction and poetry.
