Jiyoung Chae received both a B.F.A. and M.F.A. in sculpture from The Graduate School of Ewha Womans University, Seoul, Korea, as well as an M.F.A. in sculpture from Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. Her work has been exhibited at Gallery Korea at the Korean Cultural Center New York (2001) and she is an alumna of Sculpture Space.
