Jovanna Tosello is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker and freelance animator with an undergraduate degree from California Institute of the Arts. Her graduation film took home the top prize at the Los Angeles Animation Festival in 2012.

Funded by the Phi Beta Fraternity, a national professional fraternity of music and speech founded in 1912, Phi Beta Studio was built between 1929–1931 of granite quarried on the MacDowell grounds.
