Kara Lee Corthron is a playwright and young-adult author who worked on her second book while at MacDowell. Her debut novel, THE DISTANCE FROM ME TO YOU, was published by Simon & Schuster in the fall of 2016. Kara is also a proud member of the New Dramatists.
