Kiki Petrosino is the author of Bright: A Memoir, the poetry volume White Blood: a Lyric of Virginia, and three other poetry books, all from Sarabande.
She holds graduate degrees from the University of Chicago and the University of Iowa Writer's Workshop. She directs the creative writing program at the University of Virginia, where she is a professor of poetry.
While at MacDowell, she worked on her sixth book, Brush Arbor, a collection of poetry about trees, faith, race, and genealogy.

Lodge Annex, a wing on the west side of the men’s dormitory (The
Lodge), was completed in 1926. Initially intended as an apartment for
