Luke Jaeger grew up in Brooklyn and attended Yale University, the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, and Massachusetts College of Art. He and his family now live in Western Massachusetts. His drawings, paintings, and small sculptures have been exhibited in Boston and New York, and his animated films have been shown in festivals and theaters worldwide. He recently received a State Department-funded grant to tour a compilation of American independent animation in China, and is proud of having handled guitar duties for the Indigent Bohemians during his MacDowell residency.

Delta Omicron Studio was funded by members of the international musical fraternity in 1927. The building design is somewhat medieval in character, with an unusual cedar shingle pattern, a steeply pitched slate roof, intersecting gables, and small windows.
