Mai Nardone was raised in Bangkok, Thailand, by an American father and a Thai mother. He has been awarded scholarships from the Tin House Workshop and the Bread Loaf Conference, and his fiction has recently appeared in American Short Fiction, The Iowa Review, Kenyon Review Online, and Slice.
