Marc Brodzik is a painter, filmmaker, and interdisciplinary artist. Born, bred and still residing in Southern New Jersey with an art/film studio in Philadelphia, Brodzik’s portrait paintings reflect people who surround him in life; everyday people, often the working class and the more disenfranchised, homeless/street people in our society. Painted not only on canvases but wood, signs, and product packaging, Brodzik’s work often focuses on the common man and woman as well as the effect consumerism has had on America and its citizens.
