Matthew Schreibeis is an American composer currently based in Hong Kong. His works include music for Western and Korean instruments and collaborations with video artists.
In residence, he completed the vocal score of his recent Sandburg Songs, for soprano and ensemble. The work was premiered at the soundSCAPE Festival in Italy by soprano Tony Arnold and Eastman BroadBand in summer 2016. He also worked on a string quartet.
