In 2004 Philip Ross performed research on gardening and slime mold. His work was scheduled to be shown at Symbiotica in Perth, Australia.
In 2010 he worked on drawings a project that involved him growing a building into being using organic materials. He also did research for a show he was curating that would take place at Trinity College's Museum of Science in the spring of 2010.
