Richard H. Moses (1937-2016) was a painter. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity and earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts. He then went on to Wichita State University where he earned his master’s in fine arts before starting a teaching career at the University of Illinois, where he taught for 37 years before retiring in 1999.
