Sharyn Finnegan is a professional artist living in New York, and has exhibited widely since her 20s. She works perceptually in oils or charcoal from the motif almost exclusively. Besides the posted landscapes and cityscapes, she has painted portraits, but mainly focused on a series of self-portraits over her lifetime which express her feminism.. She’s married with one adult child and also writes about art and curates exhibitions.
