Tanya Larkin worked on a novel called Protege, and two books of poetry — one of which is loosely based on architectural places. Her first book of poems, My Scarlet Ways, was the 2011 winner of the Saturnalia Prize. She lives in Somerville, MA, where she fronts the band Waves in Detroit.

In the winter of 1998, motivated by his passion for reading, Stanford Calderwood donated funds for a new writers’ studio.
