Keene, NH

Look for the MacDowell tent at the Monadnock region's largest Pride event and celebration of local LGBTQ+ community! We'll have a free raffle for books by Fellows and other fun activities.
October 11-12, 18-19 - Coming of Age in a Disorienting World: Animated films curated by Yao Xiao (24)

In close partnership with Metrograph, MacDowell presents two weekends of animated films handpicked by Yao Xiao (24). Xiao writes of her selections: "The animated films that I’ve chosen for this series span cyberpunk fantasies through to nonfiction storytelling from the 1960s through to 2023, yet they’re united by shared themes of nostalgia, memory, and most importantly, coming of age." October 28 - MacDowell National Benefit

The MacDowell National Benefit is our annual celebration and gathering with MacDowell artists, supporters, board members, and friends. This year's Benefit will feature dinner, drinks, a paddle raise, performances from Fellows, and the awarding of the 5th annual Marian MacDowell Arts Advocacy Award to our Honoree Komal Shah, art collector and philanthropist.
All proceeds from the National Benefit support residencies for the more than 300 artists who come to MacDowell each year from all corners of the globe.
November 3 - Fellows Reunion 2024

Join us for our annual gathering of the MacDowell artist community. Hosted at the Mercury Store in Brooklyn, this festive evening will feature a raffle of Fellows' works, creative activations, and ample opportunities to connect with fellow Fellows. More information and RSVP link coming soon.
