The lecture will explore Anne Gilman’s creative process, how she works with text, and the importance of Spanish in her work. Based in Brooklyn, NY, Gilman, is an artist who works in large-format drawings and multi-panel projects. Her work has been exhibited in Latin America, Europe, the U.S., Mexico, Havana, Australia, Spain, Berlin, and Paris among other international locations.
