Meredith Monk Film Retrospective

This event presents a rare opportunity to see a nearly comprehensive retrospective of Meredith Monk's films. The event will culminate with a screening of Monk's newly restored, OBIE Award-winning masterwork, Quarry. Presented in the historic Aetna Theater, the screening will take place on the same stage where Monk performed during her MATRIX residency with Nurit Tilles in 1986. The event is being presented in partnership with The Wadsworth Atheneum, and it is free and open to the public.
